Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Sports Path Consulting LLC (“Sports Path Consulting,” “Sports Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our clients, athletes, families, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, when and how it may be disclosed, and the measures we use to help protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and contact information, athlete name, age or grade level, sports background, team or program information, recruiting information, goals, questions, scheduling information, and other information you choose to provide through intake forms, consultations, email, text messages, or other communications.
When services concern a minor athlete, information about that athlete is expected to be provided or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
We may also receive limited technical information when you use our website, such as browser or device information, IP address, pages visited, and similar website usage information, depending on the hosting, analytics, security, or other technologies used on the site.
2. Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Sports Path Consulting does not need to receive or store your complete payment card number in order to provide our services. Payment processors may collect and process payment card, bank, billing, authentication, fraud-prevention, and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable law.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and personalize consulting services; communicate with clients and families; schedule consultations; process and administer purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payments; maintain client records; track purchased or remaining services; respond to questions and support requests; improve our services and website; prevent fraud or misuse; maintain business and accounting records; and comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
4. How and With Whom Information May Be Disclosed
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We may disclose information to service providers and business partners when reasonably necessary to operate Sports Path Consulting. These may include payment processors, website and hosting providers, email providers, scheduling and calendar services, form or customer-management systems, accountants, legal advisers, and other vendors that help us provide or administer our services.
Information may be transmitted to these providers electronically through websites, encrypted connections, application integrations, email, or other business systems. We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the applicable service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Sports Path Consulting, our clients, or others.
5. Information About Minor Athletes
Sports Path Consulting frequently works with families whose athletes are under 18. Our services for a minor are intended to be purchased or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should provide only information reasonably necessary for the consulting services requested.
Our website and services are not intended to invite children under 13 to independently create accounts, make purchases, or submit personal information without involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review the matter.
6. Communications
We may use contact information you provide to communicate about appointments, purchases, subscriptions, service updates, questions, and other matters related to your relationship with Sports Path Consulting. Clients enrolled in services that include text or email access may receive and exchange communications through those channels.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to safeguard personal information. These measures may include limiting access to information, using reputable service providers, password and account protections, and secure payment processing through third-party providers.
No website, electronic transmission, email system, text messaging system, or data-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer client relationships, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request that we review, correct, or update personal information you have provided to us. You may also ask us about deletion of information. We will consider such requests in light of applicable law and legitimate business, contractual, recordkeeping, safety, and compliance requirements.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website or communications may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sports Path Consulting is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
