Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern consulting services provided by Sports Path Consulting LLC (“Sports Path Consulting,” “Sports Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Sports Path Consulting provides personalized sports consulting and guidance to athletes and their families. Services may include guidance regarding team and program selection, athlete development pathways, recruiting, sports-related decisions, evaluation of opportunities, and other matters related to an athlete's sports journey.
Sports Path Consulting provides consulting and advisory services only. We do not act as an athletic agent, college admissions representative, coach for a particular team or program, or representative of any school, club, college, university, professional organization, or recruiting service unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Sports Path Consulting provides recommendations based on our experience, information supplied by the client, and our professional judgment. We do not guarantee any particular result, including roster placement, team selection, playing time, athletic improvement, recruiting interest, scholarship offers, college admission, NIL opportunities, professional opportunities, or other athletic or academic outcomes. Decisions regarding an athlete remain the responsibility of the athlete and/or the athlete's parent or legal guardian.
3. Services and Pricing
Initial Consultation — $50. One 30-minute consultation focused on an important sports question or decision.
Individual Strategy Call — $75. One 45-minute personalized strategy consultation.
5-Call Package — $375. Five personalized strategy calls of up to 60 minutes each. The package expires 12 months after purchase. Unused calls are not transferable or refundable.
Athlete Pathway — $150 per month. Includes one strategy call per month of up to 60 minutes and reasonable text and email Q&A. Athlete Pathway requires an initial six-month commitment.
Athlete Pathway — $850 Six-Month Prepaid Option. Includes the same Athlete Pathway services for the initial six-month commitment at a prepaid price of $850.
Sports Path Consulting may change pricing for future purchases or renewal periods where permitted by law and after providing any notice required by applicable law. A price change does not retroactively alter amounts already paid.
4. Athlete Pathway Six-Month Commitment
Customers enrolling in the $150-per-month Athlete Pathway agree to an initial commitment of six monthly payments of $150, for a total initial commitment of $900. Customers choosing the $850 prepaid option pay $850 in advance for their initial six months of Athlete Pathway service.
After completion of the initial six-month commitment, Athlete Pathway continues on a month-to-month basis at the then-applicable monthly rate, currently $150 per month, until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
5. Athlete Pathway Monthly Services
Athlete Pathway includes one strategy call per monthly service period, up to 60 minutes. Unused monthly calls do not roll over into future months unless Sports Path Consulting agrees otherwise in writing.
“Unlimited” or ongoing text and email access means reasonable Q&A concerning the athlete's sports journey. It does not mean 24-hour availability, emergency support, unlimited consulting calls, or guaranteed immediate responses. Sports Path Consulting will make reasonable efforts to respond to client communications in a timely manner.
6. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Consultations are subject to consultant availability. Clients may reschedule a consultation without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. A consultation canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be considered used and forfeited without refund. Sports Path Consulting may make exceptions at its discretion. If Sports Path Consulting must cancel a scheduled consultation, the client will be permitted to reschedule without penalty.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout. Except where required by law or otherwise expressly stated, payments are generally non-refundable once a consultation has occurred, a service period has begun, or services have otherwise been provided. Unused calls in a 5-Call Package are not refundable or transferable. Sports Path Consulting may issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation at its discretion when circumstances warrant.
8. Athlete Pathway Cancellation and Renewal
During the initial six-month commitment, the client remains responsible for the applicable initial commitment unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by Sports Path Consulting. After the initial six-month period, Athlete Pathway continues month-to-month and may be canceled before the next applicable renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a service period that has already begun. The specific renewal and cancellation terms displayed at checkout are incorporated into these Terms.
9. Information Provided by Clients
Clients agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for Sports Path Consulting to provide its services. Recommendations may depend upon information provided by the athlete or family. Sports Path Consulting is not responsible for decisions based upon materially inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by a client.
10. Minor Athletes
Many Sports Path Consulting services concern athletes under 18 years of age. Services for a minor must be purchased or authorized by the athlete's parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing information about the minor and for decisions made concerning the minor.
11. Third Parties
Sports Path Consulting may discuss schools, teams, clubs, coaches, tournaments, recruiting services, colleges, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sports Path Consulting is independent of those organizations and does not control their decisions, policies, eligibility requirements, selections, offers, or actions.
12. Intellectual Property
Materials created and provided by Sports Path Consulting, including guides, assessments, written recommendations, website materials, processes, branding, and other proprietary content, remain the property of Sports Path Consulting unless otherwise stated. Clients may use materials supplied to them for their own family's personal use but may not commercially reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish them without permission.
13. Limitation of Services
Sports Path Consulting does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, tax, financial, or NCAA/association compliance advice as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional or authoritative organization. When those issues arise, clients should consult the appropriate professional, school, governing body, or other authoritative source.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
Sports Path Consulting may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a client's existing paid service commitment except where agreed to by the client or permitted by applicable law.
