Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy is incorporated into the Sports Path Consulting LLC Terms of Service.

Individual Services

Initial Consultations and Individual Strategy Calls are paid when purchased. Payments are generally non-refundable after the consultation has occurred.

5-Call Package

The $375 package includes five calls of up to 60 minutes each. Calls must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused calls are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Consultations missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as used. Sports Path may make exceptions at its discretion.

Athlete Pathway Monthly Option

The $150/month option requires an initial six-month commitment consisting of six monthly payments of $150. Following the initial commitment, service continues month-to-month until canceled.

Athlete Pathway Prepaid Option

The $850 option prepays the first six months of Athlete Pathway. Following the initial six-month period, Athlete Pathway continues at the then-applicable monthly rate, currently $150/month, until canceled. Any automatic renewal charge is subject to the billing authorization presented at checkout.

Cancellation After the Initial Commitment

After the initial six-month commitment, a customer may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge.

Refunds

Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable once the applicable consultation or service period has begun. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived. Sports Path may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.

Sports Path Cancellations

If Sports Path Consulting cancels a scheduled consultation, the customer may reschedule without penalty.
